Chocolate Avocado Pudding: Serves 2
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder or raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. A magic bullet or single serving blender is perfect for this. Enjoy 🙂
