The chapters are short-intended to be read as one each day of the week and at the end of about a 5 min read there are some seeds planted for how to empower yourself to take action and bring the the ideas into your daily life.  This book has lead me down a path that continues to be life changing!

“Unbroken” by Laura Hillenbrand recommended by Kristen Miller of Summit Massage.

This is the incredible true story of Louis Zamperini and will come out in 2015 as a motion picture directed by Angelina Jolie. Louis Zamperini died in 2014.

Kristen says “The reason I love this book is because first and for most it’s a great story.  It’s an emotional book about one mans accomplishments as well as heartbreak and shocking circumstances he faced during his time in the war. Throughout the book there is always a glimpse of a williness to live no matter how dire his situation is!

A perfect read for anyone who wants to take charge of their own health.
