You want to be FEARLESS without thoughts similar to “I am not good enough” or resistance creeps up about “being seen”. A bit of support and encouragement can go a long way. You may not feel at peace with the flow of life. This can bring you down and make you stressed out. I have experienced it myself…that little negative nagging voice in the back of your head distracting you like chronic pain…so annoying, but you cannot shut it off no matter how hard you try to think positive!
I personally have found strength in Reiki and focused mindfulness practices. Stress reduction is key, not only to physical health, but also mental/emotionally! You hardly ever “efficiently power down” (through worries and lack of sleep), which is where Reiki comes in. Focused mindfulness goes a bit deeper.
